1. Soak in clean water for 1-2 days (It is better to change water often. Ice water is preferred)

2. Cook sea cucumber for 10 minutes, remove from heat and cover tightly until cool. (If the sea cucumber is not soft, repeat step 3 until it is soft.) It doesn't take a day to finish, but it can be divided into several days

3. Remove the internal organs of sea cucumber (The first removal does not need to be very clean. It can be done many times).

Note: there should be no oil when processing sea cucumber. If there is oil, the sea cucumber will be broken when it is boiled.
